Established by the 26th BSHC Conference (2021), to analyse the Commission’s work with regard to the revised IHO strategic plan, as approved at the IHO 2nd Assembly 2020, and to draft a strategic plan for the BSHC, using the IHO Strategic Plan and its Goals and Targets as a foundation.
The 27th BSHC Conference (2022) agreed upon the continuation of the BS-SCG with the target to finalize the work and report its result to BSHC28 in 2023.
